Our work is human-made, human-played, and human-shaped. We do not use AI to generate music, performances, artwork, or the creative identity of our releases. Functional Equivalent Recordings exists to document the decisions, accidents, limitations, voices, rooms, instruments, and instincts that make recorded music a living human artifact.
